El Doc Solutions parts are shipped by the supplier after EchoMotorWorks reviews the order. Shipping charges are not included in product prices and are shown separately at checkout or in a quote before payment.
Contiguous United States
For priced El Doc products shipped to the lower 48 states or Washington, D.C., checkout shows estimated ground, 2-Day Air, and Express charges based on the current product packaging estimates. Typical processing is approximately 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in ground transit. Faster service refers to transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the United States
These destinations are available for order review, but shipping must be quoted. Your request is submitted without a card charge. We will confirm availability, shipping cost, transit options, and any import or customs responsibilities with you before requesting payment. International delivery may involve carrier or customs charges that are not included in the product price.
Products marked “Price on request”
These items cannot be purchased directly at checkout. Use the Request a Quote link and include the destination postal code and vehicle details. We will confirm price, fitment, availability, and shipping before an order is accepted.
Order changes
Estimated checkout charges depend on the current package data. If the supplier cannot fulfill the item or an estimate must change materially, we will contact you before dispatch or any additional charge. For shipping or delivery questions, email daveh@echomotorworks.com.
JXB Performance shipping
JXB Performance products ship directly from JXB. Included Ground shipping applies only when it is shown for the exact items, quantities, and destination. Other JXB orders require a confirmed shipping quote before payment. Expedited and air services require a separate quote.
Preorders and backorders are available when offered by JXB. Dispatch depends on current supplier availability; a shipment date is only provided when confirmed. Contact Echo with the selected products and destination postal code for a shipping quote.
Orders from multiple suppliers
Items from different suppliers may ship separately. Shipping eligibility for one supplier does not apply to another supplier’s items. Each shipment’s charges or included shipping are shown separately or confirmed in your quote.
TGK Motorsport shipping
TGK parts ship to Echo before we send them to you. The checkout pilot shows UPS Ground estimates from Echo with 5% handling. Parcel sizes and weights are provisional estimates. Final supplier costs and fulfillment require staff review. Checkout testing remains on; no payment or delivery is authorized by a test order.
JXB Performance shipping
JXB parts ship directly from JXB. Shipping depends on the exact parts, quantities, delivery address and selected service. Enter the complete delivery address for a current UPS Ground quote through Echo. Shipping is charged at the displayed carrier quote without added handling markup. If a complete rate is unavailable, payment waits while Echo reviews the shipping details.
Faster service refers to transit after JXB dispatch. Stock, preorders, backorders and delivery timing are checked before staff approve the supplier order. International charges and responsibilities require confirmation. A change to the cart or address requires a new shipping check.
