These terms apply to the El Doc Solutions parts currently listed by EchoMotorWorks. For a return or warranty request, email daveh@echomotorworks.com with your order number and the reason for the request before shipping anything back.
Unused returns
An unused item may be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must be complete and in its original condition. Use the box it arrived in or another sturdy box with proper protective packaging. Contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address; do not send it to the store address or directly to the supplier without instructions.
Installed parts
A part that has been installed cannot be returned because you changed your mind or do not like it. If you believe a part is defective, contact us about the warranty instead.
One-year defect warranty
El Doc parts are covered for defects for one year from purchase. Send your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if available to daveh@echomotorworks.com. We will coordinate the warranty review and provide the return or replacement instructions. Do not ship a part until we give you the correct destination.
Refunds and shipping
We will confirm a return after inspecting the item. Refunds for approved returns go back to the original payment method. Original shipping and return shipping charges are not automatically refundable; contact us if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective so we can review the shipping costs. Transit and payment-provider processing times can vary.
