Parts and Third-Party Warranty Coverage

Echo Motorworks provides a one (1) year limited warranty on workmanship performed directly by Echo Motorworks only.

Parts, components, products, and materials sold, supplied, sourced, or installed by Echo Motorworks are not independently warranted by Echo Motorworks unless expressly stated in writing. Certain products may be covered by the original manufacturer, distributor, supplier, vendor, or other third parties.

Any third-party warranty is governed solely by that party’s terms, conditions, exclusions, approval process, and warranty period. Echo Motorworks does not control, or guarantee claim approval, processing time, replacement availability, reimbursement, or outcome.

Echo Motorworks may, at its discretion, assist with a third-party warranty claim. Such assistance does not create or extend any warranty obligation or liability for Echo Motorworks.

Warranty Labor on Third-Party Parts

Unless specifically authorized and paid for by the applicable manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or vendor, labor related to diagnosing, removing, shipping, reinstalling, programming, calibrating, or replacing a failed third-party component is not included in the parts warranty or Echo Motorworks’ workmanship warranty.

If a defective part is replaced under a third-party warranty, removal and reinstallation labor may be charged separately unless that labor is specifically covered and authorized by the third party.
