These Terms and Conditions govern your use of echomotorworks.com and purchases from Echo Motorworks. By using the site, submitting an order, or accepting a written quote, you agree to these terms. If a product page, approved quote, or written agreement includes more specific terms, those terms control for that transaction.
Products and fitment
Echo Motorworks works to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and application information accurate. Manufacturer and supplier data can change, and displayed images may be representative. Part numbers, specifications, measurements, emissions classification, and fitment requirements should be reviewed before installation.
A product is an Echo Motorworks exact-fit claim only when the site expressly identifies it as exact fit for the vehicle configuration selected. Universal, could-fit, or fitment-verification-required products may require measurement, fabrication, programming, supporting modifications, or professional confirmation. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Some performance products may be intended only for racing, competition, or off-highway use. You are responsible for confirming that purchase, installation, and use are lawful where the vehicle is registered and operated, including emissions, noise, safety, and inspection requirements.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not guarantee acceptance, inventory, supplier availability, or shipment. Echo Motorworks may contact you to verify fitment, shipping, pricing, payment, or other order details before accepting or fulfilling the order.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct a clear pricing, description, inventory, or supplier-data error before shipment. If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, we may offer an alternative, place the order on hold with your approval, or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
Payment, taxes, and shipping charges
You authorize Echo Motorworks and its payment providers to charge the total approved at checkout or on an accepted invoice. Buy-now-pay-later services are also governed by the selected provider’s separate terms. Applicable sales tax and verified shipping charges will be shown at checkout or on the invoice when available.
Some products, destinations, freight shipments, mixed-supplier orders, or special handling requirements need a shipping quote. In those cases, Echo Motorworks may pause payment or fulfillment until you approve the final shipping amount.
Shipping and delivery
Products may ship from Echo Motorworks, a distributor, a manufacturer, or multiple locations. An order may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by supplier processing, inventory changes, carrier delays, weather, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing tracking information. Inspect deliveries promptly. Keep the product, shipping carton, labels, and packing materials if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, and contact Echo Motorworks as soon as possible. Freight damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt when possible.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Do not send products to Echo Motorworks, a manufacturer, or a supplier without return authorization and the correct return destination.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is governed by Echo Motorworks’ Warranty Policy and any applicable manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warranty. Parts are not independently warranted by Echo Motorworks unless expressly stated in writing.
Installation and use
Performance parts can affect vehicle safety, reliability, emissions compliance, drivability, and manufacturer warranty coverage. Professional installation, calibration, and inspection are strongly recommended when appropriate. Stop using a product or vehicle if a safety concern, leak, unusual noise, warning light, or malfunction appears.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Motorworks is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect fitment selection, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, competition use, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Site use
You may use this site only for lawful personal or business purchasing activity. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, misuse customer accounts, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected data, or copy site content in violation of intellectual-property rights.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Motorworks disclaims implied warranties that may otherwise apply to the site or third-party products, except where a warranty is expressly stated in writing or cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo Motorworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from site use, delivery delay, third-party product failure, vehicle downtime, lost use, lost profits, towing, storage, rental vehicles, or unauthorized installation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Payment and financing providers may apply their own privacy notices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without limiting any mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact
Echo Motorworks may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
