This is a PARTIAL hardware kit for the Test Pipe or Cat Pipe to Downpipe Connection from our brand new Hardware Kit for our JHM Cat Pipe and Test Pipe on the B7-A4 2.0T:
For those customers interested upgrading to our JHM 3″ Test Pipe or Cat Pipe who already have a larger downpipe (or are looking to buy our JHM Y-Adapter) we offer a no compromise gasket and hardware kit. When replacing your OEM cat pipe with our JHM Test Pipe or Cat Pipe, you’ll most likely need to replace the gasket at the cat pipe to downpipe connection. Most companies just provide a stock gasket for this connection which has an inner diameter of ONLY 2.3″. Not only is the JHM gasket that we include in our hardware kit made out of aluminum but it also features an inner diameter of 2.8″ – the largest possible diameter while still maintaining the stock bolt pattern.
Parts Included:
– 3 x 8mm x 1.25 pitch x 25mm long Allen bolts
– 3 x 8mm lock washers for Allen bolts (small ID to clear large pipe)
– 1 x JHM Aluminum Test/Cat-Pipe to DP gasket (reusable) (2.8″ ID) – Stock is 2.3″ ID. 1/2″ difference and corks the car
