We want returns to be clear and predictable. Please contact Echo Motorworks before sending any product back. Do not send a return to a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier unless Echo Motorworks gives you written return instructions.
Return eligibility
Unless a product page or written quote states otherwise, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in new, resalable condition with its original manufacturer packaging, labels, manuals, hardware, and accessories. Proof of purchase from Echo Motorworks is required.
Return approval may depend on the manufacturer’s or supplying distributor’s return requirements. Echo Motorworks will tell you about any product-specific restriction or supplier restocking fee before issuing a return authorization.
Items that cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, programmed, damaged after delivery, or test-fitted in a way that leaves marks or wear.
- Special-order, custom-built, made-to-order, or final-sale products identified as non-returnable before purchase.
- Electronic or electrical parts once opened, connected, installed, programmed, or registered.
- Tunes, software, license keys, digital products, and other activated or delivered digital content.
- Fluids, chemicals, aerosols, hazardous materials, and products with broken safety seals.
- Clearance items, gift cards, and products missing original packaging, labels, hardware, manuals, or accessories.
How to start a return
Use our Contact page or call (775) 453-0525 with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage.
If approved, we will provide a return authorization and the correct return destination. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to the wrong address may be refused or delayed.
Return shipping and fees
For a customer-choice return, including an incorrectly selected application or fitment, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Any applicable supplier or manufacturer restocking fee will be disclosed before you authorize the return.
If Echo Motorworks confirms that we shipped the wrong item, or that an item arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you on the appropriate replacement, refund, claim, or return-shipping arrangement. Please keep all packaging and notify us as soon as possible. Freight deliveries should be inspected before the carrier leaves, and visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt when possible.
Refunds
Returned products are inspected before a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible product amount, less any previously disclosed restocking fee, nonrefundable shipping charge, or reduction for missing parts or damage. We generally process an approved refund within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank, card issuer, or buy-now-pay-later provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations and exchanges
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to stop fulfillment, but an order cannot always be cancelled after it has been accepted or shipped by a supplier. Special-order and custom items may become non-cancellable once production or supplier processing begins.
Exchanges are normally handled as an authorized return and a new order so pricing, inventory, tax, and shipping remain accurate.
Warranty claims
Product defects and failures may be covered by a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warranty rather than this return policy. Review Echo Motorworks’ Warranty Policy before starting a warranty claim.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
